For todays picture I googled "frost" to find a sutible quote. I ended up with endless quotes by Robert Frost whom I hadn't heared of before. He must have been a very wise man....  
One of the best quotes I came across was "You have freedom when you're easy in your harness." So true!

Today's lunch - I'm in heaven!

My first time with cream of tarar instead of baking powder. Seems to work perfectly fine.

Found the recipe here (it's in German though). I went for chopped almonds and walnuts for nuts and love their taste with the banana flavour.
